Hotel a Cave Spring

“Very comfortable place to stay. Super clean and friendly staff”

“Door would not latch …were given a screw driver to pop spring back in to make latch until maintenance could fix it in am….shower did not have a lip on it and shower curtain did not hold water back so floor was soaked if you showered…breakfast was limited and coffee was cold”

“The room was functional & minimally furnished. The air conditioner was nice to have & easy to use. Unfortunately, we got a room right across from the elevator & it’s not a quiet area. There was a considerable gap in the door frame & allowed a lot of light into the room. The mattress was also in need of replacement & was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good & water was hot. The breakfast options were a good selection.”

“Room was clean. However the bathroom and hallways are all drop ceiling. Tiles out of place and disheveled. Breakfast was standard fare but waffles are good. At 1 am in the morning I had to go to the front desk because the room above me was playing music loudly and sounded like children running up and down the room. And every few minutes it sounded like they were dragging furniture across the floor. Front desk said they would call and check on it. Wasn't until 2 until they got quit and I could...

“The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We needed a room on the first floor due to health issues. They accommodated our request with no problem. The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and decorated nicely. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”
